Re: Monitor Compaq FP 11706 OS XP pro
Hi, I hope you mean the FP1706.
Here's some advice from Compaq. To ensure the best possible analog output of the monitor, follow these setup steps: Upgrade the graphics card with the latest driver. Set the desktop resolution to match the monitor native resolution. Set the refresh rate to 60 Hz. Adjust the monitor's analog clock and phase to match the graphics mode with the auto-adjust function. For finer adjustments, use Image Control under the OSD Menu. Poor analog adjustments cause the following video problems: Fuzzy or blurred images Out-of-focus images Unstable images Unwanted lines or noise on the screen A combination of improper resolution and analog adjustments result in the display focus problems.
