B: if u startup a program (its often at anti spyware programs) the computer got formatted and the problem is still here. i also did an other Power supply unit in it (we had 1) and that didnt worked. also putted a video card out. but the problems still were there what could be the problem??? RAM? what? :P can some1 help me plz. Thx hell Last edited by hellhunter; 05-08-2007 at 09:38 AM. |

Well to start if you can give us the spec of the problem PC we may be able to see more, especially the PSU it's currently using (make\model), and the one you tested with.
There could be several reasons that can cause this, from faulty hardware to an infection, so we need to narrow it down and rule things out to get down to the probable cause. Now you say it was formatted due to infection, was it a full format ? did you pull the CMOS battery and power to reset it ? Also take note of the system temp's, some bios's have a hardware monitor in them that can give you this, or else Everest in my Sig or speedfan can tell you as well, reply with the above info and temp's and we can go from there. |

Re: Other computer randomly reboots
either the drivers are not installed correctley or there is not enough power for the card to run properly
in the device manager uninstall the card reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode when windows finishes rebooting and reinstalling the card disable a/virus install your drivers reboot the computer
