Settings for sync with the computer... Its not recognizing it?

Is it active sync or the computer itself that does not reconize the device? A few things to try would be a different USB port, updating to the lastest version of Active sync, or even a new USB cable. Also try updating the device drivers from HP's website.

Hi,
you did install the drivers first, before connected it right? Try opening the active sync software, click on connection settings, and then click connect. Then go through the wizzard. |

Well thats just it. It worked fine when I installed it. But then I had a problem with one of my mem sticks and I unplugged everything. Put them back the way they were before, but now it wont sync up... Its weird.

Try re-installing active sync.
Have you got the Ipaq set up to auto sync when connected to the USB dock? From the Ipaq, click on start, programs, active sync, and it will be somewhere there... Sorry, I can't say exactly, my one is being serviced... |
