Does the Samsung Syncmaster 225bw support high definition television?

Hi,

That has a resolution of 1680 x 1050, which means it supports 720p HDTV and 1080p running at 1680 x 1050 resolution. It also has HDPC support.

So yes, it supports HDTV.

Yes. What will they be played from? If it is an HD-DVD or Blu-Ray disk, then they will support HD resolutions. Also, some DVD players are upconvert DVD players, so they will support 720p/1080i resolutions even with standard DVDs.
