Samsung 913 T not even coming on!

Yesterday the thing was working just fine, i've had problems in the past though with it just randomly going off, this time it's the exact opposite, it wont even come on! Neither will my keyboard. THe strange thing is that my mouse and main CPU start up just fine. When I tried pressing the menu on the screen I got : 'Test good' 'Check signal cable' and i've tried unplugging and re-plugging the signal cable like 900 times! Help!

update: My mouse isn't coming on either. I don't think restarting my computer continuously to try and jick with the screen is good for it either
