Logitech QuickCam 4000 snap button not working
Hi, I've been having this problem since I gave my system a major upgrade (nearly everything in the case). The button on my QuickCam 4000 no longer works to snap pictures when it is being used on a compatible app (notably the webcam viewer in Windows Explorer which I use most). I've reinstalled the QuickCam drivers several times, being sure to clear out everything between reinstalls, but still no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, there's some pictures I have to take that could really use the button. Ah, new drivers, I didn't see that coming.
Device Manager shows no problems aside from a few disabled devices which I'm not using, one of them I usually have disabled is the webcam microphone which sometimes gets in the way since I use a headset. The new drivers didn't fix the problem. |
