I have a 19 inch LCD monitor that has been in use for about 9 months now. Lately there has been random onion skin effect on my monitor. This effect happens on everything on my computer no matter what I'm running.
More specifically, this effect runs to the right and the color slowly fades away. This is highly noticeable with a black background with something white over it, or any inverse colors. This effect isn't constatly there, and I can't say what causes it or what takes it away, and doesn't have a specific time of it going away. I have tried an older monitor to see if it effects it, and it doesn't at all. Is there anything I can do to fix this without buying a new monitor? |
