Adding Multifunction Panel

I recently added a multifunction panel to my Dell Dimension 8100 computer so I had a card reader and a couple of USB ports on the front of my computer. However the USB 2.0 ports have a connector on the end of them that I have since learned is called a 2x5 header connector.

How do I add 2x5 headers to a motherboard that doesn't have them?
Is there a PCI card that has them?
Is there a cable that could give me the 2x5 connector on one side and a single USB male on the other (I have a USB 2.0 PCI card with one internal USB connector).

This card supports two internal usb ports http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...2407&CatId=511

You will have to look at the picture to see if the cables match the int plugs.

I was looking at that card just a couple of days ago actually. Problem is it has USB ports for the internal connections, not USB headers. I wouldn't mind getting the card but then I'll need something to convert my 2x5 female connector to USB Female.

Do you know of anything?

Nope. Could not find an adapter for this. Maybe someone else will know of one.
