keys have swapped places

just formatted hdd and reinstalled windows now my @ key has swapped with my " key. so shift+2 is @ and shift+' is " just wondering if anyone knows how to sort this?
Looked for drivers but its hard when i don't konw the name or product code of my keyboard. all i know is its a Dell

If you are in the USA or Australia you need to set your keyboard to; English US layout
