HABU mouse

i have just brought a new microsoft gaming mouse installed it fine but when i turn my pc on i have to unplug and replug it back in to usb socket
pleas help it happens everytime i restart my pc

Hi,

What happens that requires you to unplug the mouse? Does it not receive power when you turn on your computer? Or is it a Windows driver issue? Also, have you tried another USB port, and if you are using a front port, have you tried one in the back?

yea when i power up pc the lights come on the mouse so there is power when i unplug it makes the sound of a usb being unplugs i have tried all usb ports at the back

Enter the BIOS using this guide:

Make sure Plug & Play (sometimes called PnP) is enabled.

After you turn on your computer when the mouse doesn't work, does it show up in the device manager? Any yellow !'s in it?

yes it was all on enabled think it might be a softwear or firmware issue??

If you uninstall the drivers, Windows will reinstall them for you.

I had the same problem. A firmware upgrade fixed it. You can get it at
