vga device wont go away in My Computer, plz help

hello,
a while ago i installed a camera, then i uninstalled it, took the drivers off and everything but now all is left is the VGA DECIVE icon in My Computer. and its annoying me coz its not surpost to be there.....

can anyone help me?

check out the screenshot i attatched btw,

Find the .CPL file associated with the camera and delete it. It should be in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 for XP, \WINNT\SYSTEM32 for 2K.

BTW, this doesn't appear to have anything to do with hard disks...

harddrives aye. this happened when i only had my original 80 gb harddrive. yesty i gota new sata one,, that aint the prob.

is it the EGA.CLI (ega.cli)

^^ thats the only one i could find, do i delete then reboot or something, i made a backup
