trouble with pc starting up

hey. im having a prob starting up my pc all of a sudden. i turn it off one night, the next morning it wont turn on. instead it gives me continuous beeps. it beeps for about 2 - 3 secs, then stops for about 2 - 3 secs. then repeats. im not sure how this happened since my pc was off but if anyone can help id appreciate it.

comp. specs:

asus a7n8x mother board.
geforce ti4200 video card.
512 mb pc3200 ddr.
amd 2100+ cpu.

anything else that i need to specify just let me know. thanks

I'd start by opening it up and reseating all the expansion boards, memory modules, and connections to disks and front panel. It sounds like memory of video card is not being detected, but it would help if you specified the exact beep code.
