XPS Hardware help.

First things first Hello.Now down to business.
I put this here as I don't know which piece of hw is the problem.

Specs:
Processor:Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.60GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory:1022MB RAM
Hard Drive:249 GB
Video Card:RADEON X800 XT
Monitor: Plug and Play Monitor
Sound Card: SB Audigy Audio [CCC0]

Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519)

I first noticed the trouble when My computer began to operate at 97% proccesor usage.
I checked my HDD and it was 45 degrees so I cooled it to 20.
I thought that it was fine but upon launching CS:S I got a blank blue screen and a crash.
Currently upon launching It crashes after a short amount of time citing hardware as the cause.
What it doesn't say is what.Just unknown for most of the error report.

It's pretty urgent.D'you have any Ideas?

I'll try to get both.Unfortunately I don't have access today.
It's a 3.66GHZ that's all I know.
