usb ports dont work.

all 7 of my usb ports dont work, but my computer detects them. how do i make them work?

Hi there.
Did you build the system?
Did it just stop working one day, or was it like it when new?
Please post you system specs.

Hi,

Go into the device manager (start, control panel, system, hardware, device manager) and scroll down to the USB area and see if you have any red/yellow marks in there. Also, do you have SP2 on this computer?

Post back with this information as well as that requested by JoeFireLine.

ok so i didnt build this computer myself, it just happened one day, and i dont see any red/yellow marks. im sure what sp2 is im sorry to say, and i cant tell you offhand my system specs :(

When you enter the BIOS setup menu, do you have USB Enabled?
