software for "bad media" ?
Hi all, im new in this forum and wants to know if there is some kind of software that one can check blank DVDs with... ex. for "bad media"

I doubt you can check blank media very effectively before you've burned it. You burn it first and then check it for errors afterwards. In Nero you can do that with Nero CD-DVD Speed. I have Nero 6 and it shows up in the Start menu under "Nero Toolkit". It has various benchmarking and testing tools.
