Reseat all components in your system, making sure everything is tightly secured and plugged in (also unplug and plug back in all the power cables).
Could you please post your system specs (see my sig), so we know what kind of system we're dealing with?

If your computers making 3 beeps then its most likely your computer has memory problems. First, Reseat all components in your system like Indoril Nerevar said above.
Have you tried taking the memory out and reseating them?Reseat them and reboot. If this doesn't do it, the memory chips may be bad. You can try switching the first and second banks memory chips.

Also, try removing all RAM sticks, and then putting one stick in at a time, trying all RAM slots as well. This can help tell you if a stick of RAM is bad.
What it sounds like now, is that your power supply is dying, and wasn't powering things like the RAM well enough (causing the beeps), and now it's just about totally kicked the bucket. If you have another powersupply that you know is good, try swapping it in. Don't forget to post your system specs either, as they can help make it much easier to diagnose your problem. |

I agree, it sounds like the power supply has died. Try another one as Ralck suggested and post back with results.
