I have tried to find where you introduce your self, so I hope this is the place,

I am just trying to learn how to fix my own computer, and this looked like the place to find out how,
I live in California and am a grandmother, that is all I am going to say about my age,

Nice to see you here.....grandma's are most welcome. Yep, this is the place for both introductions and the site to get your computer up and running. When you get settled in, just find the area you are having trouble in and post a question in that area and someone will be along to help you. Enjoy our forum.
