Welcome to TSF,

You might need motorola phone tools, possibly another program depending on your carrier. That's what my kids tell me anyway. What carrier do you use?

My System

hwm is right. You need a copy of motorola phone tools, the program has all of the needed drivers. Once that's installed it's just a matter of plugging the phone in and running the program.
