Mini spy cam reciever uncertainties

I was wondering if this cameras reciever at Newegg
( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16881105005 )
can attatch to my graphics card.

My card is a e-GeForce 7900 GT KO. It came with a cable that can plug into the card. The cable has a green, a red, and a blue female plug in on it. Along with a black ended cable that says "S-VID OUT" on it.

you need a card that does video in,i think this only does video out
