Monitor in Power Save mode

Thanks for looking and i hope you can help me out with my problem. I just bought a new case, and motherboard, and i got everything together and connected. Then i started it up and it said "Monitor in Power Save Mode, Use computer to change this setting." What my question is, how do i get my monitor out of power save mode if i can't see anything on my monitor? I don't even know if it boots up alright, or if the BIOS are correct... I tried with a different monitor and got the same results... Please help.

Thanks in advanced!
