PCI Video Card Problems on s845wd1-e

I'm using an Intel Server Board ( s845wd1-e ) and cannot get a PCI graphics card to work with it. I've set the BIOS to PCI as default graphics, nothing. It's currently using an AGP.

The card I wanna put in is an ATI Radion 9600.

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

in the device manager uninstall the agp
turn off the computer and remove the card
install the pci card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes booting and installing the card
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer

The problem is, the machine doesn't see the PCI card when boot. It's not just a case of windows not seeing it...

Read it, onboard disabled and I've even tried it enabled.

PCI because that's just what I had around. We had a spare ATI Radion 9600 just laying around.
