Hi mafifi,
My friend, we need much more information. What motherboard, what CPU, what video card, what drives, is this a new build or has it worked before, what power supply (brand and watts), is there an OS on the computer, what memory. Just provide us with more information. Oh, almost forgot, tell us exactly what lights up, what fans spin, etc....you get the picture.
