Abit Fatal1ty AN8 SLI strange USB prob. that was solved at one point.
So the system that is listed second in my signature was built a couple of months ago. I posted my problem then because at that time I didn't know what to do. It would lock up on me right after boot up and tell me POST code '50' "initialize USB". Well, it took me 2 weeks to get it working and finally, it's been working ever since flawlessly. Then just last night...it happened again out of the blue. Nothing had changed! I unplugged all my USB devices and it booted up (unlike the first time after build). So I get it into windows and plug my keyboard and my razor mouse in and my keyboard works, but my mouse won't. I try every slot on the back and nothing. I try the one on the front and that works fine. What the heck is going on? This board has been nothing but problems. Any ideas on how to fix or should I just get the Asus A8N-32 SLI Deluxe? That was what I was going to do right after the first time but then I got it working.

Thats what I'm affraid of because the ports that are on the back that don't seem to be working for my mouse are the ones that are on the board. They aren't bad, they just won't work with my mouse. Everything else works just fine.
Im thinking that I'm going to just buy the Asus and install that one.
