Ram Upgrade
I have an Asus P4T motherboard, 1.4GHz Intel P-4 Retail boxed CPU (423 pin), with 2 128mb Rambus 800 memory modules. A friend gave me 2 256mb 1066MHz RIMM-4200 modules. Will these work with this old board if I pulled the 2 older modules, or is it possible it will fry the motherboard?
I searched Asus website, did google and yahoo searches, read various forums, and can't seem to find any answers. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance |
