Asus P4P800 se
I recently installed a new Asus P4P800se board. It says on bootup its in Linear mode. What does that mean? Computer is deathly slow booting since installing the board but I have been unable to find the problem. Was wondering if maybe this might be the problem?

i have a lot running on startup so it takes about 2min,mainly because of a virus check running,you can check what you have running and what they do with this

sounds to me like your memory sticks are not up to snuff / what make and model memory are you running ?????
