Bios settings changed

I have been having mega problems getting online and my isp (telewest) done all sorts of tests from there end and everything was ok. They had me doing all sorts and concluded that i have some sort of spyware stopping me getting online. i have a registered version of spy doctor and that finds nothing.

I formatted my pc and everything is ok except now my bios settings randomly change, changing my raid configuration so the pc wiont boot until i have reset it.

Any ideas.

greetings

first of all i think you need to do a better check of spy/virus problems
please run adaware se - update it before scanning
and ewido - also update- and when ewido finds it first infection, check off box at bottom "perform same action"

links below

the cmos button battery is a very cheap item if you wanted to replace that...just unplug the machine and grab the case to disperse any static charge you might have.
