pls help, amd bios issue

mobo: asus a7n8x regular

i recently purchased an amd athlon xp 3200 400 fsb for my system, upgraded from amd athlon xp 3000 333 fsb plus i bought ocz gold gamers edition pc3200 dual channel 2x512mb memory. i know the memory works because i installed it prior to changing processors and it worked flawlessly. however, after i installed my new processor it did not load until i reset cmos memory and then it only loads at 100mhz cpu frequency instead of 200 which it needs to be (my old processor ran at 166 for full potential w/o oc'ing). i am not trying to oc what so ever, i just want it to work at what it is supposed to. any help is appreciated.
