Try looking on www.koolnquiet.co.uk website, they should carry them in the UK. You can always just let the last four pins hang off the mobo if there is room. Maplin may also carry the adaptor. And here as well....http://www.cablecity.co.uk/product_i...roducts_id=703

All fixed. The power supply is a Enermax 485 Watt Silent. On looking closer at the 24 pin plug I noticed it could be split into a 20 pin and 4 pin plug. So it can be used without the need of an additional cable to convert it.
Thanks for the help anyway. Last edited by Peter_UK; 09-14-2005 at 10:28 AM. |

that's actually really cool.
i've never seen one of these that will split, but those people were using their heads when they designed that power supply. kudos to enermax, seriously. that's the sort of thinking the world needs.

Just for the sake of discussion ??!!
The Antec Tru-Power 2 has the same adaptability / the extra or optional 4 pin connection will easily remove from the main body of the mobo connector. Peter UK = Glad to hear you are up and running !! regards joe
