My computer doesn't shut down

Hi everybody! I need your help, please.
Since my computer clock turned back to 01.01.1990 I can not shut it down. It always reboots. The power supply has been changed. I've upgraded the BIOS, I've turned on and off the "suport APM" but no results.
My Mb is GigaByte, Pentium 800.
The manufacturer could not fix it!!!
Thanks
Elvino

My computer doesn't shut down

Thanks. I never had Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 or Direct CD 5.0 on my computer.
I'm afraid to install Super Fast Shutdown cause it may leave programs not properly closed...
I have a password at the BIOS. That's where I can shut down my computer.

Can you help please!
Thanks
