Well I would have to say the non O/C unit as it was designed to run at 3200 and you could push it above 3200 but the 2500 was not and I would say that the 2500 would be near it's limit

I wouldn't even bother trying until you have some serious cooling for it... and then overclock in increments until you find a stable temperature (shouldn't be any more than ~55 degrees celsius).

if the actual question is which will perform better....
i think the 3200 would natively perform better at those speeds than something lesser that has been overclocked. you may find that the lesser one starts acting flakey when overclocked, whereas the one that is actually rated at those speeds will be rock solid.
