Windows 7 and changing mobo + cpu + ram

I'm currently using an AMD 64 x2 +5000 processor, and I just bought an i5, along with a new mobo and new ram. When I switch out the parts will I need to reinstall windows, or just run the repair disk? Or something else maybe? I'd rather no re-install windows if I don't have to but I'd rather reinstall windows than suffer any noticeable performance loss. Thanks for your time guys.

You will need to reinstall Windows with that much of a major hardware change.
