Constant short beeps

Hi,

Whenever i on my computer now, there is constant and continous short beeps. There is also no display.

I have a DFI Lanparty DK p35 motherboard,
A pair of cossair xms2 6500 ram
A Geforce video card from PointOfView
PSU = coolermaster 500v

Basically, the beeping stops whenever i remove the rams from the slots. I have tried swapping them around in slots, and even with brand new DDR2 rams to no avail.

Totally stuck now on what to do and could do with some advice.

Prior to this happening, my computer already had problem booting up at times, and i have to play around with the ram positions to get it to boot. Now there is constant short beeps and it refuses to boot no matter what.

Thanks in advance

Re: Constant short beeps

Count the beeps. There are several problems related to a series of short beeps.
