I have bought 2 old p-3 motherboards, I got checked the display from the dealer and it was right, I bought the same ram (256 mb 133 mhz-with which he checked the display )from the dealer and took it to my place, then I again checked the display and found no display in both mobos with P3 866mhz processor and same ram, the mobos gives 4 beeps sound when started and no display comes . I ran the similar model of motherboard with P3 933mhz processor and 128 mb 100mhz ram without problem.so pls guide me to solve the problem

Re: no display problem mother board

Could you tell us what motherboards you have and if there is any pattern to the beeps an example would be 3 long 1 short.

Could you try another video card?

Re: no display problem mother board

You can check beep codes using the sticky: BIOS Beep Codes/Error Codes

You will need to know the BIOS brand.
