Unknown Problem with ASUSTeK System Device

I built my own computer and am running a 754CPU Socket K8V-SE Deluxe,AMD 64P 3400. I had an unknown error occur and have had problems ever since. The error was....An unknown error occurred in ASUSTeK System Device (eio.sys), created by ASUSTek. I have also been experiencing the "blue Screen" that says something about the page display....It does not stay open long enough for me to read the rest. I have also beenhaving problems with the system locking up. The system will go to stand-by or hybernate and will lock up and I have to restart the computer for it to work. Has anyone had any similar problems? Please help.......

When I went to the Device Manager, the RAID Controller and Ethernet Controlller had yellow question marks. Neither had drivers, where do I find drivers for these to install?
