[SOLVED] Thermal paste

Wasn't quite sure what forum to put this in, but it's a new build question so here looked the best. I just built my rig and used the Zalman paste that came with my 9700, How much better, if any, is the Artic Silver 5? I've heard the Artic is the best, but then I've heard the Zalman is just as good so I'm not sure what to believe. Figured I would ask the guys who've done it and probably seen results to compare.

Re: Thermal paste

The Artic Silver is the best of the best, hands down and no one will dispute that as a rule. However, if you have the other and need to put the rig together, then go for it. Just be sure you put it on according to instructions. It most likely will do the job for you in normal circumstances. If it doesn't do the job for you, then get some artic silver and give it a go.
