Need some help
Right, I made a thread in the Windows XP section regarding my Device Manager not showing the Processor tab.
Anyway, I changed my processor from a AMD Athlon 2200+ to a 2700+ TBRED. Now, the computer loads up fine... but it says my processor is a 2100+. I'm on Windows XP, and my computer is a COMPAQ. So, do I have to change any bios (and if so, how?), or, do I have to do something else? Thanks. |
