gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h overheating?
Hi
I have a system with a gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h board with an AMD Phemon 9750. I am getting problems that look like overheating, machine freezes or blue screens after being used for about and hour, but once it was done it the problem happens before it has finished booting, unless i leave it for half an hour then go back and it will stay on for a while again. Hardware Monitor shows 3 Temperatures Mainboard:35 (pretty constant_ CPU:30(this ranges from 25 to 40) and temp3:starts at 80 but goes up to over 90. All tempertaures in celcius. I have done some googling and some places say temp 3 is the voltage regulator but im not sure. I have removed all expansion cards including the graphics card but everything is the same. On the board there are 4 little black cubes where the 4pin12v connector goes in which all have "R60" printed on the top, these seem to get very hot, is it these? Any help appreciated Thanks Sam
