i put a wet CPU in my PC (was an accident). when i tried to turn it on the PC, the socket melted. So i got a new Motherboard and a new CPU. got it all in place, but all I get is a orange light on power button, all fans are on, and the light on the mobo is on, i hear the hard drive spin for a sec. but there is no beeps, or image on the monitor, Please help!!!!!!!!

You may have fried other components as well including the power supply. The only option you have the way I see it is this:
