COMputer keeps cycling through the bootup

Hi

I just moved a motherboard from one case to another for looks. I didn't change anything except the power connectors which couldn't be helped and when I turned the comp on it would go through the boot up, and just when you hoped WINDOWS WAS GOING TO load it would start the boot up process again. I tried another HDD, thinking that it was bad and the same thing happened. I tried another HDD WHICH I Am sure works and the same thing happened. There was also some beeps happening as well. CAN ANYONE HELp me. I hope I didn't harm the motherboard when I moved it into another case because it was working fine before.

Try this to eliminate the possibility of a grounding issue or a stand off in the wrong place> How to Bench Test Your System

Thanks for your quick responce to my question. That site you sent me to has some good ideas. I,ll go through the steps and hopefully be able to find what the cause of my problem is.
