slow down

Well,iv had vista for bout 10 months now and have had virtually no problems(that i didnt cause) with it. That is until i decided it was time for me to DL SP1.
Now whenever i play a game, doent matter what im playing bout 5-10 mins in my game will start to lag unbelievably. When i alt+tab out i see that little yellow triangle. Its not my ping or my temp. I just cleaned my fans today so i know thats not the problem either.
Iv tried just bout every solution out there but nothing seems to work.
Anyone have a fix??
Im desprate.
I will pay someone to fix this lmao.
but seriously...i will.

it has the earmarks of a tempreture problem

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
wattage

check the listings in the bios for voltages and tempretures and post them

None of thats the problems.
i cleaned my fans and now i get 43 degrees so i know 100% its not that.
Its the drivers crash.
nvlddmkm.sys crashes

reinstall nvidia drivers
the information was asked for to look for what caused the problem in the first place
