Asus P3C-D

I have a computer with an Asus p3c-d motherboard. It has dual 500 mhz pentiums with 512 mb of sdram on a rimm riser card. This computer has been sitting not being used since early this summer when I unplugged it and stopped using it, but it still worked. The other day I try to start it up and I get nothing, no beep, no fans.. nothing at all. I have reseated everything, cpu, mem, video... ect. Messed around with the power switch and still get nothing. Btw, I have confirmed that the power supply works. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the mainboard battery? If it's totaly flat: No boot.
