It's refusing to Boot !!!

Hi everyone !! I built my PC from scratch in the open over a small table and it worked like a charm. It was rather nice to see the various components naked and the fan running on top of The AMD ATHLON CPU with it'e rpm regulator making it so quite,on a ASUS A7A266 Rev 1.03. MB. The PWR Supply was also the quite type. And I have a nice VDI outputing to a 19" LCD Monitor. It all looked super. Then I took it overseas and alas it's refusing to boot. Tried many times in different configurations but no luck. I'm so disappointed . Pls help, this is, a MAYDAY call. Thanks a zillion in advance.

Do you get any messages on your screen? If so, what is the message?

No messages on the screen and the power lite doesn't change to green, it stays amber.

Hi, do you need to change the voltage 110 > 220Volt.
Do you hear anything working?
