Asus P5P800 vs NEC 3500 DVD
Recently i upgrade to a Asus P5P800 motherboard
 and my nec 3500 dvd don’t work.  Now suddenly when I put in a blank disc the drive it does not read it and tells me the drive is empty and to put a disc in the drive. I also notice that when the drive is empty, windows explorer will describe the drive as a DVD-RW drive, but once I put a disc in it switchs to a CD drive. It will still read burnt dvds even after this description, but blank ones are not recofnized.  Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
