OS: windows xp sp2, vista sp1

hi guys
currently i'm using pentium e2180 and gigabyte 945gcmx-s2 motherboard with 2 gig ram.but when i overclock it to 2.40 from bios after running for sometimes my screen goes blue and says system has malfunctioned.plz tell me what should i do?i really want to overclock it to atleast 2.60.thanks in advance |

Re: overclocking
Overclocking greatly increases the risk of hardware failure. Past that its just a game of hit or miss. But good luck
