PCIe x1 Not working
Hello,
I am having problems getting this ASUS pe9400 tv card to work. Everything works fin untill you plug in the x1 PCIe card and the machine will not show POST. It just hangs there. I have taken the machine down to basic equipment and still monitor will not even come on. If i take the card out, the computer runs great. I have tried the video card in an older ASUS model mobo and the card works great, i have tried everything and can not get it to work on new machine, any ideas? Re: PCIe x1 Not working
Sorry, the MOBO is an :ASUS P5N-EM HDMI LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 7100/nForce 630i HDMI.
I installed the card last night and reset the bios by removing battery and moving jumper to pins 1,2.. Machine does boot, 1 time, you have to hit f1 to let it boot and it sees and installed the card, when you reboot, the machine is back to the way it was, will not boot, u have to clear cmos then it works, on 1 boot..
