No EIT Partition is found...
I just hooked up my new motherboard and am having difficulty getting it to completely boot up. After the option of entering the BIOS passes, it gives the following message:
"No EIT Partition is found, but system previously booted to EIT. Use administrative rights to configure the system SYSTEM HALTED" It has an: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6850 @ 3.00 GHZ I've swapped the jumpers and put it in maintenance mode to reset the Intel ME password, changed it successfully, accessed a lot of the configuration options(that im not really familiar with anyway). Reset to factory defaults and all kinds of jazz, I always ultimately come to that message with the system....HALTED. >.< Any ideas? Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. |
