Asus Maximus Extreme no

HI can anyone help i have bought everything to build a new gaming computer including the Asus Maximus Extreme motherboard.
I booted the system for the first time and it didnt complete POST, no display on monitor, ports not responding and LCD Poster had CPU INIT displayed on it?
I dont know what to try first I think it might be the BIOS chip?
Any idea?

Can you post all your specs Brand and model numbers
Motherboard
CPU
RAM
PSU
Video card

reset the cmos and do the out of case bench test and see if you get post
