Computer Suggestion

I'm not sure if this is the correct folder but I couldn't find anywhere else to place such a request. I was wondering if I could receive a suggestion for a new desktop computer. I really don't have any special requirements since the only programs I have in mind are Fritz(a chess program and engine) and Warcraft III which require little. A friend of mine bought an Alienware PC but the lowest price I could find for the brand was 1,000 which seems high for what I need.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

This looks like a pretty good deal to me - it caught my eye this morning while at ResellerRatings.

I'm not a gamer, so don't know what's needed for your games, but at that price you could install a new card if better graphics are required.

I don't know, maybe that would be a good choice. But I feel opposed to Dell products because they have seemed poor in the past. And I know many other people who have had problems with the company.

I work at Alienware and you can pay your computer by month (in cases you didnt know)... thing is youll be wanting more and more games like COD 4 ans Crysis so if you want Performance and economy you would want this

the customization is up to you but our computers are up for the price and are long lasting. if you want Warcraft III to run smoothly, this is right. yes the price is high but the price is right when you get the computer and start owning poeple online because you have an advantage. its pricey because the computer has great durability and performance.
