Asus P5W DH Deluxe NO POST RAID 5 HELP CANNOT LOSE DATA HELP!!!

System Spec:

Asus P5W DH Deluxe Bios 2704 (Latest)
Q6700 Core 2 Quad Intel CPU
2X 1GB Kingston Value RAM DDR2
BFG 8800GTS Nvidia Video Card
Enermax Liberty PSU 550 Watt
22" Dell LCD
RAID 5 (software built in RAID) with 3X 320GB Seagate Hard Drive
Windows Vista Ultimate SP1

-Has been working fine for months, turned it on one day and no post. --Suspect it was power supply so I replaced it with identical model, still no post
-Removed RAM stick one by one, no post, no beep
-Removed CMOS battery waited 10 minutes, no post
-Swapped with another PCI-E video card, no post no beep
-removed all cables except CPU, RAM, Video, no post, no beep
-Removed heat sink and cpu, reapplied grease, reseated, no post, no beep.
-Video card power and 12v cpu power all connected, no post.
-Green light is on, on the motherboard.
-Tried another LCD, nothing on screen, enters power saving mode after turning on PC, no Post.

I am ready to replace motherboard but what happens to my RAID 5? I cannot lose this data. Is there a way to retrieve my data? Please help!!!

Thanks,

Peter

Hi, it does sound like your motherboard is dead.
No beeps, no fans spinning, no lights etc?

When or if you buy a new motherboard, install your OS on a new clean drive. Your data will still be on the other drives.
