Hi all and thanks in advance,
I was recently forced to turn off the PSU and now the PC gets stuck on the motherboard bios screen every time. All i see is the ASUS startup screen and can't do anything from here. Tried pressing F2, esc, F8, etc... It's an ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe ALife. If anyone can shine some light on this or suggest some solution it would be great. I would hate to see this motherboard go. Thank you |

Re: PC stuck on BIOS after PSU shutdown
Clear the CMOS by moving the jumper from pins 1 & 2 to pins 2 & 3, wait a few minutes and move it back...../or/.....you can get the same result by removing the motherboard battery for a few minutes. Be sure to unplug from the wall and ground yourself before entering that case.
